| Ken Skjei Wins First Career Aero Race at Richmond Night! |
| | While the other series were going out west to California, the Aero88 was gearing up for the short track of Richmond International Raceway. Ken Skjei would prove his power and speed by taking the pole on the night. After the green flag waved, the drivers would work through a couple of early cautions that would see some drivers pitting and some staying out. While leader Skjei pitted early on, he would fall back in the pack and have to work his way up. Second-place starter, #20 Matt Watkins |
(Mantis-X), would take advantage of this and lead for a good portion of the middle of the race. As the cautions came out and allowed Skjei to get back in position, he would get back into position and overtake the #20 with around 20 laps to go. After that, Skjei cruised to victory lane in his first career Aero win! Skjei is up to 2^nd place in points and is looking primed for a strong season in the Aero series! |

| A New Number and a New Outlook For A SupaDawg! |
 | The Aero88 series would officially kick off the 2007 season with the Bud Shootout. Ken Skjei would start off taking the pole and looking to begin his 2007 season on a high note. Halfway through the race, Ken would be involved in an accident when the motor expired on the #9 car of Ken Reeder. Skjei would leave the track very frustrated with his hopes for a win dashed. After the green came back out, the three cars who had dominated the whole event would |
| continue throughout the race. While the #20 of Matt Watkins(Mantis-X) would lead most of the race, he would be outdone in the end by a better pit stop and a determined driver in Bill Martino (SupaDawg). Bill, Matt, and Steve Weber (#83) would go on to finish a whopping 16 seconds over the field completing a total domination of the Aero88 Bud Shootout. Bill Martino, who came from the 8th starting spot, would take his first win since spring of last year. With a new number and a fresh start, Bill looks to do big things in the future and take this momentum into the 2007 season! |

| Mark Pica Takes Command at Lowes Motor Speedway! |
 | Race #5 in the MROL Aero 88 series would take place at the famous Lowe's Motor Speedway and with every point being critical at this stage it would take everything the drivers had to survive the night. The night would start with the Bud Pole Award, and it would go to one of the up and coming drivers in the league John Rousseau (Snowplow), John would post a time of 31.386 seconds and a speed of 172.051 mph. The race would start off |
| with a good run and then it would be up to the drivers to determine the outcome. There would be a total of 6 cautions in the race so it would come down to who could maintain speed to the checkered flag. It would look like John (Snowplow) would have this race in the bag, especially with 22 laps to go, Mark Pica (Spoiler) would get a black flag on the last caution and would have to restart in the back of the pack. After the restart Mark (Spoiler) would make his way to the front to lead once again and claim the Win. Mark would lead a total of 37 laps in the race, but John (Snowplow) would lead the most laps with 89 and finish in a disappointing 7th place. |
